This Privacy Policy applies to the personal data that The Praana Foundation, Inc (referred to here as “we” or “us”) collects, including through our website https://www.thepraanafoundation.org (our “Website”), our events and program registrations, surveys, job applications, grant applications, and any other point of collection (collectively, the “Site”). The purpose of the Privacy Policy is to explain to you, as a user of the Site (“User”), what information we collect from you through the Site and how we may use, share, and store that information. In addition to applicable laws, additional policies disclosed to you at the time of collection may also apply (e.g., in connection with a specific event or program).

This Privacy Notice describes how RHC collects, protects, uses, and discloses information and data collected and created in the course of your access to and use of the Site, products, and services, as well as your interactions with RHC via telephone, electronic or other means (collectively, and together with the Site, the “Services”).
Children Under Age 18:
The Site is not intended for children under the age of 18, and, generally speaking, our Services require parental and/or legal guardian consent for children under 18. No one under age 18 may provide any Personal Information to or on the Site. If you are under 18, do not use or provide any information on this Site or on or through any of its features, make any purchases through the Site, use any of the interactive or public comment features of the Site or provide any information about yourself to us, including your name, address, telephone number, email address, or any screen name or user name you may use. We educate our employees about confidentiality and customer privacy through standard operating procedures and special training programs.
